  • Project/Business Information: Site name, state, district, project description, and financial details (e.g., site value in ₹).
  • Usage Data: Features you use, activity logs, and app preferences.
  • Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system, IP address, app version, and diagnostic data.
  • Location Information: State and district you select for your projects. (We do not collect real-time GPS tracking.)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To register and manage your account.
  • To allow you to add and manage site/project details.
  • To improve app performance, security, and functionality.
  • To communicate with you regarding support, updates, or account matters.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Once you delete your account, all personal and project data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, unless required by law.

4. Sharing of Information

  • Service Providers: Shared only with trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, customer support) strictly for service delivery.
  • Legal Compliance: Disclosed only if required by law or government authorities.
  • No Sale of Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for advertising.

  • Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed + salted) form.
  • Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized staff only.

While we apply strong security measures, no system is 100% secure.

If you access Framelux outside India, your data may still be processed and stored on servers located in India.

  • You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Framelux is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app. Users are responsible for validating information before relying on it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of Framelux are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
